Orders are fulfilled from different locations depending on the product type and shipping destination:

1. United States – Standard Collection

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days

• Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days total

• Ships from U.S. warehouses on the East and West Coasts

• Carriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or ground trucking

• If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

2. Canada – Local Fulfillment

• Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse.

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, similar to U.S. domestic shipments

• Free shipping applies to all Canadian orders unless otherwise noted.

• Ships directly from our international design center

• Estimated Delivery: 8–15 days (includes custom preparation and international shipping)

     B. Custom Creations Collection

• Made-to-order personalized tumblers

• Production begins after payment confirmation

• Estimated Delivery: 15–20 days (includes production and international shipping)

• Rush shipping is not available for these items

• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons such as holidays and promotional events.

• Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers.

Refund Policy

30 Days Returns

Step 1:

Please email our customer service at service@joyclubvip.com to request the exchange/return.

Or submit after-sales application on the contact us page of the website to request exchange/return.

Step 2:

After receiving your return/return request, our customer service will send you the return/return instructions and return/return address via email. Please follow the instructions for returns/returns. We would be very grateful if you could provide us with photos of the returned item.

Step 3:

After receiving your package, you will receive a refund within one week or have processed the exchange order. After processing the refund or exchange, we will send it to you via email. FYI: If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer (may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on which CC company) to process the bank's refund.
